Quill & Andes is a small, English-language bookshop on Avenida Providencia. We keep a deliberately mixed shelf: speculative fiction beside essays, translated novels beside new Chilean voices, and thoughtful gifts beside a pile of titles we cannot stop passing to friends.
Come in to browse slowly, ask for an unexpected recommendation, or take a seat before an evening event. The shop is built for readers who want a little more conversation around their books.

A shelf for a first discovery, and another for the return visit.
Our collection begins with fiction in English, then reaches outward to art, history, comics, poetry, food writing and books for curious younger readers. We buy with a reader’s eye rather than a warehouse list, so the shelves change often and surprises are part of the point.
Alongside books, find journals, cards, simple desk tools and a compact selection of tabletop role-playing supplies. Everything is chosen to make a reader’s day feel a little more considered.

02 · Room to linger
One good recommendation can change a whole afternoon.
We are not interested in making reading feel hurried. Tell us what you have loved lately, what you could not finish, or the mood you need a book to meet. Our team will point you toward a familiar comfort or something quietly different.
Quill & Andes also hosts relaxed workshops, school visits and book-fair pop-ups. We bring stacks, prompts and a practical love of reading to classrooms, offices and neighbourhood gatherings across Santiago.
